- We do NOT provide detox or clinical treatment services
- NOT for active substance abusers; strict drug-free policy
- Animals are NOT permitted in our shared home environment
- This is a SIGNED LICENSE AGREEMENT, not a traditional lease

Housing Requirements
DNT Housing is dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, drug-free environment where community members can successfully transition to independent living. To maintain our respectful atmosphere, all applicants must meet the following criteria.
Verified Income
Applicants must provide proof of income such as SSDI, SSD, benefits, or a verified stipend.
Independent Living
Ability to live independently while maintaining accountability in a shared space.
House Compliance
An active commitment to house rules and personal supervision requirements is essential.
Signed Agreement
A signed license agreement is required. Note that this is temporary housing, not a lease.
